Ball hasn't eaten for 2 months

Hi all, my ball is a shy creature but she always eats, last few months she has acted like she almost can't see the food.

She comes out looks around near the rat, stares at it for a few secs then continues to look around, I have tried to leave it in there but the rat is still there in the morning.

All temps etc are fine and she is otherwise healthy (hasn't pooped for ages but I'm sure that is down to lack of food)

    Any advice

Can you tell us about your enclosure and set up please. Also, what are your warm side and cool side temps, and how are you measuring them? Are you feeding F/T or live?

I'll take a pic, I only measure the ambient temperature as I only have one thermometer at the moment but the heat mat thermostat is set for 32.c

What's the weight? And is there any weight loss? One of mine went off feed for 11 months when he hit about 1000grams.
