    Replacing water after a feeding?

Hey everyone, I was wondering whether you guys clean out the water bowl and replace the water right away if the feeder gets in there? I gave a f/t and it didn't seem punctured/oozing or anything like that but I want my BP to have clean water. She grabbed the mouse toward the back end so she was grappling with it for a long time in there. Silly beast
So should I replace the water now (it's been like 30 minutes since feeding) or wait until she's less likely to regurge? Especially since she swallowed the thing backwards, I don't want to cause her any unnecessary stress.

Changing the water won't be a problem.

Yeah it will be fine. I change/refill water as I feed and if a snake pulls it's feeder into a water bowl, I'll either pull them out as they constrict (all mine are on f/t) or come back in about an hour when they are done, curled up digesting and change it out then.

I always give my snakes fresh water after eating. Well actually while they are eating, I just change out their water. They are used to me so it doesn't even phase them if I mess around in the cage while they are swallowing their rats. Of course I also change their water every 2-3 days regardless. As for eating it backwards, it will be fine. I've had mine pretty much eat their rats sideways which is a heck of a thing to watch not to mention the lump it leaves haha. If your snake isn't used to you, then I would just wait for him/her to slither into their warm hide to digest and then change out the water.

Shouldn't be a problem if they are used to it. I have one snake that will get really defensive and bitey if you open her bin at all after a feeding, but she calms down after a few hours. Most could care less.

Thank you all for the answers! I went to change it and she had already made herself comfy in a hide so I had no problem replacing the water
