    2 adults, 2 juveniles and 1 bci.
    "Oops"

Theres an incredible story behind this clutch. I will make a new tread about it and post pictures of the babies.

Is this from the same pastel that produced that normal hatchling with the tracks on the belly a while back? From the yb clutch?

Oh yeah! She had a big ringer right? I remember the clutch particularly because they were so pretty. I came back and looked at the thread several times. How neat. Never thought to suggest het pied. What a great hatchling to come out! Any more pied in the clutch or was that the only one?

    Re: Can you guess?

Out of 8 eggs 4 pieds. I think there is two killerpieds one normal pied, and the other I dont know, looks clear as a pastelpied but i dont get to see the head yet.
This clutch was cooked half of the way one degree lower because I have a B.pastel x cinny and i wanted to reduce the risk of kinks. Its taking this babies a lot more than normal!
There is two that didnt even pip yet. The waiting is killing me!

And this is the pastelyb from last year. What do you think? My guess is that she is het, thats why she looks like that....

Wow what luck! I have a possible het pied pastel female that I'm really hoping proves out for me. It will be a few years though. She also doesn't have those neat ringers yours does... and yes I'd gamble that she's a het!

Those make it all the more fun and the payout so much more worth it.

The 'Heh!' was because I'm seriously trying to talk myself out of a pair of Pastel 100% het. Pieds right now... because I specifically want to try and make Killer Pieds eventually! But having never bred snakes, I'm just not sure. And that would boost me from 0 snakes to 8 snakes in one year's time, not even counting the others I want, if I can find the right one...

Incidentally - this is helpful! For all that I've looked at pictures of Killer Pied BP's, I hadn't really found ANYTHING to show what they looked like when they first hatch!
