So, I recently purchased a ball python, he's a great eater (even though I've only fed him once he took it within three minutes and I've heard it can be a struggle with some). My heat is fine, although the cold side is low he normally just spends time in his tree or in his stone hide/waterbowl (they are the same piece of fake stone). My real problem is humidity, at first it was somewhere around 60, so I tried to lower it (by taking out some of the cypress mulch I have around the place). Now it's at 40! I am using a non electronic gauge and he never goes in his water bowl which suggests he's fine but I'm still skeptical and really wanna get this right! Please tell me if you have any ideas.
If your curious he's a baby citrus pastel desert
