looking for ideas on what to add
The reptile super show is coming up this weekend, and I cant decide what to add. The little lady thinks a sugar/calico would be good, and I'm thinking maybe a coral glow. So pretty much i'm just looking for ideas that maybe I haven't thought of. not looking to spend a fortune, but I have a few bucks to play with.
so here's what we've got right now
Females:
Normal
pastel (ready next season)
Pinstripe (paired to Bee, gravid now)
Mojave (paired to bee, and Pin, gravid now)
spider/butter/cinnamon (will be up to size in 2 seasons)
Males:
Yellow belly
Bee
pinstripe

I think sugar would be a good way to go, esp with your spider combo. You could always add something female in the yellowbelly complex to get some other neat stuff going.

I would suggest something like a female enchi or better yet a calico enchi. You can make some nice combos with your male bee. Or anything in the BEL complex such as a lesser or mystic to pair with that Mojave female.

thanks guys. I'm now thinking of going with a female sugar, and a male mystic. hopefully I can find a female yellow belly for a steal too.

2 gene animals are becoming more affordable, depends on which direction you want to take your collection.

What about an albino, clown, or pied female? Make your own het, then breed it to the mom.

I actually have a 1.3 group of hets pieds going on already. originally it was a het pied male to a poss het female. I kept the 3 females from the first clutch and raised them up (original female never proved out) so I really hope one of the hold backs proves out or i'll be crushed.
once I get some pieds I'll be adding clowns for sure.
