    Animal Plastics

Hi! I have been looking at AP racks (for my possible breeding plans ). I have three questions (so far). How much is shipping? How long does it take, on average? Is it worth it?

I just now read the actual page so, I know how much shipping is. Sorry about that, I'm not the sharpest person.

to the last question i have heard good things about them, to the first 2 questions i would suggest you ask them to their people as people on the forums cant see where you are from right now and that can factor into the cost of freight. also the model you chose could greatly change the shipping cost econo racks weigh less and would likely be cheaper then the non econo ones.

I recently bought an AP rack. I like it but it could be easier to put together and had a small hot spot temp problem. But that was easily fixed, I would recommend them but be prepared to put the rack together yourself. Good luck!

Edit: I forgot to add that it took about 8 weeks to arrive

on the shipping you need to ask the seller how long it would take the shipment keep in mind its an estimate and not a guaranty.

I don't have any of their products, but have been saving up for some stuff. I have heard the following about AP...

    1. About all of there stuff takes around 8-10 weeks to get to you from when you place the order, except for the stuff they have listed as "quick ship" which takes about 2-3 weeks. I think part of this is because they make/customize the parts for your particular order once you place it.
    2. Their customer service is top notch (which for me, goes a long way these days).
    3. Never heard of any complaints from folks who have purchased and are using AP racks or enclosures.

Don't know if that will help at all, but these three things along with their products being easy to look at have made me want to give them my business.

Don't have any AP racks but I do have 3 of their enclosures and they're definitely top notch. With that said, the production times are slow but if you're willing to wait, they do have a great product and customer service.

If you want something with a quicker ship time, look into Reptile Basics racks. I believe they're made out of the similar (if not identical) material. Their products are also high grade and I trust them as well.

    Re: Animal Plastics

If you live near Atlanta I would recommend you to buy your racks from Chris at C-Serpents, he does all the Repticon Atlanta shows, has great products and amazing customer service and you save on shipping as he delivers to the show.

The next show is in 2 weeks.

AP lead time is usually 10 to 12 weeks, rack do not includes tubs and you have to pay shipping, which on some products can be very expensive.
