Just ask where the outdoor thermometers are. There should be some digital ones, and they usually have at least one model that measures humidity as well. The ones I have are by accurite.

i've always found them in the housing area.....which is where you'll find supplies to fix up your house. light bulbs, mail boxes, etc. it's been a while since i bought them...and now i'm forgetting where they are. lol. next time i go to wal-mart, i'll find exactly where they are and note what's surrounding.

Yeah, I built one, and it works. I had some really good input on how to up the humidity even more with it, and it seems that because I have a brain in my head that works overtime my posts got deleted.

You're right, That is where I found mine. The brand is acu-rite and they're a silverish grey color.

I think the one at wal-mart is around $20-$22. I'm not sure how well the one at lowes is but the acu-rite ones work good and there are quite a few people here that use them and given them the thumbs up, so if you can find the ones at wal-mart I would just get it.
