    No eggs

So I've witnessed ovulation or what I assumed was ovulation (sunken tail, fat body) in my female het pied almost four months ago. She locked up with my pied male once a week for at least four months, she was off feed at that time as well. So far I haven't had any eggs, my female that laid last year had a normal schedule and laid like normal and I got 6 fertile and one dud. Is it possible that she absorbed the follicles and my male is infertile? My temps are great and humidity is just fine, they are in an RBI rack. I haven't witnessed any behavior that would suggest she is egg bound as she looks pretty normal and I cannot feel any follicles like my other female is developing right now. My pied male also will not lock with her now, absolutely no interest. Any ideas?

    Re: No eggs

    That was not an ovulation.

It it had been eggs would have been laid 45 days later on average.
