Hi Guys,

My fiancee's dad has a couple of beardies and this morning I noticed this weird "wound" on the throat/jaw of the female, is this something that we should be worried about? Thanks in advance.

Could be a scar from where a males attempted to breed with her, it may be worth bathing it twice a day with tamodine (iodine solution) to keep infection away

It looks like a bit of scale rot has set in, don't worry too much as it's really easy to treat with tamodine (made by vetark) she needs separating from the other dragon long term as fights are inevitable. Don't forget, a visit to the vet will always be better than anything else

Plain old neosporin can also be used in times of need. Non pain releiving. Apply thinly with a qtip. I Mix a little electrolyte solution in with it first when needed.
