its breeding season and I'm just wondering--do you guys cool your tubs at a specific time of day? does it even matter?

I understand that the cooling is not needed for some people. but my question is for those that do cool? out of curiosity, from what time to what time you guys do?

Re: cooling ¿time?
Cooling is a optional step in conditioning your pythons for breeding. If you do it, fine. The normal duration is from early October thru February or March. And the cycle is usually set for the nightime temps being the cool time and a return to normal temps for daytime. Personally I don't cool bc of the risks of health issues for some reptiles. Especially RI. (Respiratory illness or infection). Some breeders swear by it and others dont. Like Pit said it's not required.
