Second Clutch. Hoping for Better results. PLEASE HELP

This is my second clutch of eggs. My first clutch did not make it due to bad advice received from other sources. I have one hatchling that has come out of the egg. Do I leave him in the incubator untill all the others hatch or do I pull it out now. Please advise.

I pull mine out once they fully emerge from the egg. gently wash them off under luke warm water (just water). Put them in a tub with paper towel substrate that is damp. Keep the paper towels damp till they shed.

So only one has come out so far. there are still 4 eggs. As each individual comes out you pull it out clean it off and set it up in the tub. Is that correct

Yes. Make sure they are completely out of the egg first though. I set up all the hatchlings in one tub together. Make sure the paper towels are decently wet. They will hog pile over the heat. Then once they have their first shed take them out and put them in their own individual tubs.

I take mine out as soon as they leave the egg and put them in their own tubs.

I have only one that has hatched so far from this clutch. I have taken it out and rinsed it off. put it in a tub with damp paper towels.

I pull them out as they come out, some people pull them out when they are all out, it's really a matter of preference.

It also depends on the size of the egg tub and the substrate. If they are just on egg crate plastic in a relatively small tub like a 96oz deli tub, then I would absolutely pull them one by one. If the 5 eggs are in a shoebox sized tub with a substrate, and the tub is completely free of mold/bacteria that you can see, you can wait till they are all out IMHO. I've never seen a hatchling attack another before their first shed.
