    Incoming!

Well despite not having any room for new snakes at the moment, at least for the next two weeks, it hasn't stopped me from acquiring a few new animals.

First off I have a give a big shout out to AKA Dave as he has been housing one of them for me while I wait to get into the new house and get a new rack or two. He is holding a really nice breeder size male Pied with just two saddles on his back. I won't divulge any future plans for this guy till Dave chimes in, but we've worked a few things out between us.
I didn't take the picture so I'm sorry I don't know who to credit, it's actually a really nice shot of him.

Next up is a Clown girl I just bought from Matt at MM Royals last weekend, he is holding on to her for a few weeks till I get moved in and set up my quarantine tub. She is likely going to get paired with my Pastel Clown boy in the future but given that she is a 2015 hatchling I have a while to just sit back and admire her. I'm seriously addicted to Clowns and may try to grab a few more before the year is over.

    Cheers, Jeff

    Re: Incoming!

Really happy to help out, Jeff. So here's the story. About a month ago now, I acquired my Super Black Pastel dubbed Texas. Still super excited to have her. What many don't know is that she was part of a package deal. It was an all or nothing situation and without a partner I could not have afforded to pull it off at the time. I made a couple of calls to people I knew through BP.net and found someone who was looking for a Pied and wanted him, pretty much sight unseen and on my word only. Jeff stepped up and his Pied has been at my place since Jeff is getting ready to move into his new house. As to what's worked out between us? For starters a nice relationship with another local herper, which I am glad to have. Second, I get to start on my breeding project earlier than I would have otherwise. A 0.1 Super Black Pastel and a gorgeous 1.0 Pied in the same house.....what to do? Now that Texas is eating again and putting on weight I can start breeding for my project the next few seasons. Enough about me...

    Back to Jeff.

That clown is ridiculous! Can't wait to see her, and you know how I feel about the Pied. Stunning in person, and a great temperament. Congrats on both!

    Awesome looking snakes!

Looking forward to how your projects turn out.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Could be, though I'm not sure the Clown gene would do much to the Pied to make it look that much different.
