New to BP.net and have a question about attachments

Good Morning,

I recently joined and was trying to upload a pic to a new thread that I wanted to start, however, I cannot seem to attach a pic. The bottom of my text box reads "you may not post attachments". Is there a way that I can post attachments? Thanks 1,000,000 for your help.

I was wondering if there was a reason that under "posting permissions" it specifically says "You cannot post attachments"?

NO ONE can post attachment, so it's not just you it's everyone if you wish to post a picture you can use the BP.net gallery or host your picture on Photobucket and other alike website.

I use Photobucket. Its not too bad so far, but I won't lie, it is a bit frustrating having to using a different site to post pictures.
