Re: Pastel pied I swooped up from TSK at NARBC
Nice looking reptile there! Congrats. I picked up a male pastel pied several months ago myself. Welcome to the club. His attitude is probably due to hunger, haha.

Thanks, I'm really happy. I do have a female spotted pied he will be paired with, hoping to exaggerate the spotting in the offspring. We will see what affect if any his aberrant pattern has.

Thank you, actually it was the picture you posted of yours that really made me want to get one!
I'll be offering him his first meal with me tomorrow, I really hope he calms down aferward.

Thanks, that exactly what I was looking for, with the neck stripe.

Ohhhh... I like where your going with your pieds.... crazy cool patterns or crazy spots. .. I like that! ... I didn't realize it until just now, why i wasn't too excited about pieds. Seemed like it was about how much white the snake had or not. .. I like how you switch that around and focus on how the pieds gene makes the pattern different, and not worry about how much white the snake does or doesn't have.
Thank you for thinking about things differently!
