How old of a snake is this?
What was she feeding on before?
Have you changed anything about her environment right before she went off feed?

Did you get a thermostat to regulate your UTH yet?
They're a required piece of equipment, or your snake will get burned/cooked, and you need to get at least this decent one for $30 on amazon...
    http://www.amazon.com/Hydrofarm-MTPR...mostat+reptile

What are you using to monitor the temperatures and humidity in the tank?

Can you post some photos of your entire cage? If you need help and advice, you really need to post photos of your setup...

If your temperatures or other husbandry is wrong, ball pythons become stressed and unhealthy, and therefore won't eat...

Also, don't take her out to play with anymore until she at least eats for you twice.

That's great! We need to know how you are monitoring your temperatures and humidity though, and some photos of your entire cage would really help a lot in helping you find out why she is not eating. Do you know those?
