I really can't see anything. Could they be mites? Although they are usually along the bottom jaw line

If you click the picture, it should make it larger, it's hard to get a clear picture, there not mites, it just looks like a brown discoloration in between a few scales on the front of his nose.

it just looks a little grimey, like something got stuck between the crevices of his nose scales/heat pits. how's his breathing? it doesn't look infected or like an injury.
your BP is in shed? I bet it will come off with the shed. bump up humidity, let him shed, look him over and re-evaluate.

His breathing seems fine, nothing out of the ordinary. He explores every inch of his melamine enclosure at night, constantly "feeling" the walls with his nose, so it very well could be something like that. I'll check him out after he sheds!

Just thought I'd update, he shed today and the brown spots are gone! Phew!
