Any one out there with tips on how to get my ball to take the f/t fuzzy?

Some people think that it's all about getting the fuzzy warm enough. I used to heat mine with a hair dryer. Others place the thawed prey under a heat lamp. Dangling the prey in front of your BP should also help.
Remember to never use a microwave!

Re: F/t
I have been dangling it in front and all my ball will do is turn away from it.

For just over a week now. It ate a f/t pinky two weeks ago at the pet store and nothing since

Re: F/t
Ok...., he should be eating at least once per week, or even every 5 days. Have you tried a pinky? Or just the fuzzy? He might not be ready for the larger fuzzy yet, imho

I had to switch mine over from live to F/T, when I first tried I just defrosted the fuzzy as usual, dried it off with a paper towel and dangled it in front of him, he could care less. So then I heated it over the heating element on my stove and got it HOT, put it in front of his face and he didn't hesitate and took it, try heating it up and see what happens.

Well, switching from live to f/t is going to throw any snake off.......

Re: F/t
She finally took a f/t fuzzy tonight. Two weeks after her last meal. I moved her hide to above the heat pad. She has been a lot happier and active since.
