    Red face Pepper Pictures

I brought home my first ball python today! He's a beautiful fire, about two years old I believe. I got him from Ball Python Cafe in Harrah, Oklahoma, and his name is Pepper! AKA Sergeant Pepper (not a Beatles reference, unfortunately. My sister suggested it as a joke and I thought it was adorable and then there was no going back). I'm not completely new to the world of snakes, as I had a corn snake before, but it died unfortunately, and I decided if I got a new snake I wanted it to be a BP. Anyway, here are some pictures:

and a photo comparing his size to my sister's baby BP:

I'm incredibility envious of your ability to walk around outside without melting into the grass. ;) Lovely pics... Can't wait for winter to arrive so I can take my snakes outside too.

I'm so jealous of people who can hold their new snakes no problem. Mine still hisses every time I handle him XD.

He came from a small breeder whose snakes were handled almost daily, so he is VERY docile and calm.
