Please Sir, may I have some more?

I adopted a female BP a couple of months ago and she seems to be doing well. My scale came in today so I weighed her before I fed her and she is at 644g. That seems pretty light for a 2 1/2 year old female but her previous owner was only giving her a mouse every 2 or 3 weeks. She has been a very good eater for me and just wolfed down a small rat. My question is if I should give her another rat if she still looks hungry or keep with my 1 rat every 10-14 days schedule? She is currently searching around her cage with her head up about 30 degrees with a bit of a coiled neck looking like she would pounce on another one.

I would generally feed any adult BP every week if they'll take it.

My understanding is that for growing, a smaller meal every 7 days will do a better job, than a larger meal every 10-14 days. I wouldn't give her a double-dose in a single feeding unless you are feeding her something MUCH smaller than her usual take (ex: we have a worm who can take a large fuzzy, but we have been giving him 2 newborn pinks at a time because we have some that we need to get rid of).
