Having some trouble
Lately ive been having some trouble with my temps, they have been dropping WAY to low, it stays at 75 during the day  and last night i got up out of bed to go to the bathroom and i checked the temps and it was 73  I put the old light i used to use in Roxys tank in Ruby's becuase hers gets the coldest (since i have peg board as tops in roxy and rebels tank there is less air flow and therfore less warm air gets out) but even still i turn it off at night so it really doesnt do any good, also it heats up the metal so much im worry she will burn herself.
GRRR im so frustrated, i dont know what to do, i dont want to go out and spend alot of $$$ on screen tops and lights, but thats the only thing i can think of that will make this problem go away !
With my heater on during the day the highest i can get it up to is 80. :x
Just thought it would vent

What type of element are you using? You dont need lights they only suck out the humidity. A uth or flexwatt will serve the same purpose...

Thats exactly what i had to do for a long time. Until i got my own room for the herps, i needed to keep two heating pads under my rubbermaids ( one hot side and one cool ) just so that I could stand to live in the room

Compadres, it is imperative that we crush the freedom fighters before the start of the rainy season. And remember, a shiny new donkey for whomever brings me the head of Colonel Montoya.
