I think my flame may have little bit of a shed left on a digit on his front right foot. I tried using a wet q-tip to get it off, but it won't come off and he doesn't like it too much when I try to get it off. Any suggestions? It's a small white skin loose skin looking piece.

Try giving him a nice little humid hide (soaked paper towels are the easiest substrate) for today and see if he can get it off for himself. If not, try again with the QTip this evening.

Ok, I think I may have figured out why he was so upset at the whole q-tip incident. It looks as if they are both starting to shed today. They're colors on the sides are extremely dulled from even yesterday. It's like they have a layer of something obstructing the color. Also, the flame keeps licking his eye. I don't think that has any bearing on anything, just thought it was a little funny. If anybody has any information whether or not this means a shed in the near future, let me know...the coloration thing.

Crested geckos lick their eyes to moisten them, since they don't have any eyelids.

You might want to go ahead and build the humid hide anyway to help them out. What's your humidity like? How often are you misting?

I'm misting generally once during the day and twice in the evening. Lately I've been having a problem keeping the humidity up without frequent misting due to putting the heat on in the house, which dries things out quite a bit. My humidity stays between 63% and 75%. What's the humid hide look like? I'm running out of floor space so it would need to be small.

Small is fine, since the geckos are small. If they'll tolerate it, you might try putting one or both inside it so that they know what it is.
