Cute pic! Careful of that little bulb though - you don't want your awesome pied to end up with a little contact burn now that you know he can get up there.

I was kicking myself for leaving it on, since I only use it for cleaning (I do have a heat pad in there, with thermostat). When I found him like that, I was like, "Gah!!!!! You're not supposed to do that!!!" I didn't pull him out to check for burns, but I didn't see anything odd on him just by looking him over. I'll pull him out tomorrow to check on him.

It's dangerous for a former pokemon trainer to get into ball pythons...

Just curious how much you pay for him? Would low white and high white have the same cost?

He was in need of rehoming, along with a spinnerblast, and they came with custom enclosures, from someone that was moving and couldn't take his reptiles with him. So, I can't really answer your question from a retail market stand point.
In my research, however, I have found that piebalds get more expensive the more genes they have, not necessarily how much white they have. For example, a normal piebald would be way more affordable than a champagne piebald. And I've seen normal low whites for as much as normal high whites. Females are more expensive, obviously.
But, I am not a breeder or an expert, so please do your own research.

I've done lots of research but I haven't seen a price difference on low white compared to high white ( both normal pieds) but thanks

Gotta be careful! That is surely hot enough to burn. Maybe cage it off... Just in case
