    Moving to Rhode Island

And looking for a rundown of any regulations/legislation/permitting that is required for keeping and breeding ball pythons, green tree pythons, boa constrictors, and monitor species specifically tree monitors and ackies. Please dont direct me to websites that contain 'reptile laws' I've read them and understand them. What I'm looking for is first hand knowledge. Thank you all for any help you can provide!
