    "Enhancer" Genes

Fire, Enchi, YB.. which one do you prefer? Which would you rather have as an enhancer in a combo?

Personally I'm a big fan of fire.

Enchi is not just an enhancer - it's a game-changer. Fires are more of an enhancer gene. With YB, it depends on the combo.

It REALLY depends on what you plan on breeding? If you are only looking for 1 snake as a pet, I'd say enchi. If you're looking for a base female to start with, I'd say enchi. BUT if you have a bunch of stuff that would really go well with YB or Fire, I'd go with that lol.

    Re: "Enhancer" Genes

I have a couple fires but I'm interested in YB and enchis right now for the bright/cleanness they bring to combos. I'm curious why enchi is considered a game changer while fire and YB are more enhancers?

Enchi seems to react in unexpected ways with different genes. It seems to affect not only colors but patterns. Enchi with Pied gives a pied with very low white, Enchi with Champagne makes a champagne with a lot of pattern.

^ plus it has a super form that isn't a pure white snake . It takes that randomness of the pattern, and thins it out, making almost everything reduced. It also turns the color up a TON.

if I had to pick one, enchi

pied, clown, champagne see huge benefits from it. Everything else seems to get a boost from it also. Only bad enchi combo I have seen is the sable enchi.... but sable does that to a lot of morphs lol.

    Enchi all the way!

Three of my five balls have Enchi. If I keep the other two girls, they will be bred to Enchi. Not only because both my males are Enchi, but because I want their morph plus Enchi.

I might just be in an Enchi phase.
