Chicken egg incubator works for pythons?

I know a guy who is selling all his ball python stuff, including a Janoel chicken egg incubator. I don't know the exact model but something like one of these, he said $200 new, selling it for $50 and not used very much.

Would this work well for ball python eggs?

This is a question and supposition speaking from ignorance:

If you know the temps needed to regulate, and Supposing you can regulate the temps with the Chicken machine, why wouldn't it work?

This was seriously not needed. To answer your question, yes it would work. I would buy a good thermostat for it though, and not rely on the one in there that most likely fluctuates to much.
