Yes to both, but neither is common, at least in my experience. Both are stress reactions, and apparently wee baby cresties may be prone to squealing when you go in to their enclosures, but I've only heard it once or twice myself. Mostly i hear leaves rustling and the occasional thud of a landing. When rabbits howl, it is a terrible thing to hear, at least if you like rabbits or animals in general at all. In high school, I had a teacher who kept a baby bunny and a parrot in her classroom, and the cruel boys would sometimes scare the bunny and make it howl. It made me want to make them howl.

Apparently it's not only cresties that squeal, my daughter has in the vivarium in her room a Bahama anole and a White Lined Gecko.

There has been several occassions where the Gecko will squeal, the first time I heard it I was like what the heck is that? It was very high pitched very much a "WEEEEEEE WEEEEEEE".

Wierd. I wonder what a rabbit's howl would sound like.
