Sneezing..?
I saw my BP do this twice today, I don't hear any noise when this happens but he just opens his mouth super wide and just continues on what he is doing. I did change out his substrate today to the coco fiber and some moss today could it just be a little dusty in the cage? And he seems to be laying in the cold side more than the hot side now as well, my temp is at about 83 with 60% humidity. He also seems a little less active as iv been keeping an eye on him right now at night he is laying under his cold hide, Any ideas what this could be??

I believe it's yawning, though I'm a newbie so don't take my word for it.

Probably yawning
I have used coco fiber the last 4 or 5 months and haven't had any issues with dust what so ever. As for the hide thing and not being very active...well you probably have a perfectly normal BP. Mine only gets active a few days before feeding time. If you have fed him recently, 2 or 3 days of hiding in his hut is usually normal. Usualy when my guy sheds I wont see him for a week.

That's what I was hoping, I was reading some stuff about the IR and I was really hoping it wasn't that! I will be feeding him for the first time this Sunday, I haven't even had this guy a week yet and on other nights he just seemed a little different, between laying on the cold side instead of the hot and not being active I thought something could be wrong, maybe just a little over whelmed with the new setup only after a few days of having him, but thank you

YEs, it sound like he is yawning, (resettles the snakes jaws). as long as there are no other "symtoms" it is nothing.
