    Heating

With the weather cooling off there seems to be a ton of heating questions.
Heat is a requirement year round.
Please remember to regulate your heat souce with the proper equipment.

I keep a space heater running all year. I have a spare also if it fails.

    Re: Heating

I run a space heater too. It makes me nervous though, because you always hear about the fire risk with space heaters. Mine has the tip-over protection though, so if someone knocks it over then it will automatically shut off. It also has protection to where if the internal mechanisms overheat or something, it will shut off then too. It still makes me nervous, though. I think one day I want to purchase a baseboard heater. Still a heat source, and all heat sources are fire hazards, but I've heard that the baseboard heaters are safer than space heaters and tend to heat a room easier with less energy.
