Calcium sacs?

Hi everyone, my girlfriend just snapped a pic of my crestie whilst she had her mouth fully open! Are the two while lumps at the back of her throat the calcium sacs? Is there anything from the picture that tells you they are the rights size, or that she isn't getting enough calcium?
