I went ahead and built a 4ft by 2ft by 2ft enclosure for Phoenix my 2 year old beardie.
I will move him in there tomorrow I'm giving another day for the sealer to dry and because I need to pick up a uvb fixture and bulb for it. I have 2 ceramic light fixtures mounted on the hot side. One is a 75w basking bulb and the other a 50w ceramic heater. Both on timers so when the light turns off the heater turns on,

The temps are 83 on the cool side, 95 on the platform and 106 on the tile cave.

Nice setup! Does he use the ramp? Threads like this make me wish I was better with power tools. If I tried to build something like your setup, I'd end up loosing a digit or two.
