is my bp dehydrated? someone help

so i just got a het pastel bp last sunday from a breeder at repticon. Neville is about 3 months old and is eating fine according to the breeder. ive noticed that his skin is kinda wrinkly/folded from about halfway down his body to his tail and im kinda worried. he doesnt move very fast or far before he just kinda sits there and seems like he is exhausted. i placed him in front of his water dish and he started drinking almost immediately. its been a week now and i havent noticed any improvements in his skin folds. he hasnt eaten either (i just got him so i didnt expect him to considering just being introduced to a new place). i there anything i can do to make him better??? is he going to be okay??

(sorry if im posting this in the wrong place as i am new to this website)

I'm pretty sure you can add pedialyte to the water to help hydrate him more

That I'm not sure of. For dogs I usually do 25-50% but not sure how much to give a snake. I just know of people who have used it in the past for theirs

Pastel isn't a recessive gene. If he's heterozygous for pastel he's showing as a pastel. Homozygous pastels are super pastels. You won't have a normal looking BP carrying a pastel gene like you can with recessive genes like the Ghost or Clown genes.
