Click "Settings" (top right-hand corner of the screen). On the left-hand side of the Settings screen you should see some boxes with options: the third box-group down should have an option that says "Edit Signature".

The numbers indicate gender.

1.0.0 is 1 male
0.1.0 is 1 female
0.0.1 is unsexed
