    They grow up so fast!

I mentioned it briefly when I introduced myself, but back when I first got my beardie, Thora, I did a little project where I took a picture of her every month to see how fast she grew. I ended up only doing the pictures for 8 months, since she got too big to be comfortable on my hand (two hands always, and it's her that's strict about it). After seeing lots of pictures of people's dragons at 6 months old and comparing them, I have to say she might be an exceptional girl to have sprouted up as fast as she did

She pounded on ordinary pet store crickets (between 10 to 30 a day until we coaxed her into eating greens, she just always seemed to want more) with the occasional mealworm for treats, not really getting into her veggies until around August or September. She's grown a little bit since this last photo, which was taken just about a year ago, but nothing so dramatic as the changes pictured.

So how fast did your babies grow?
