    It's a great children's book by Janell Cannon (who wrote the more well known book Stellaluna). The illustrations are beautiful, and it's a really cute story. I'd say it's a must have for any snake lovers with young kids.

    thanks for the comments every one I have the book Verdi and the stuffed snake and the finger puppet and Marla "this" particular green tree is about done in the green department and will most likely be a strikingly beautiful High yellow adult
    This is a picture taken by Greg Schroeder of two adults in his collection ... WOW barely a speck of green on them

    Lol, that reminds me of the children's book, Verdi. Have you read it? It's about a baby green tree python that doesn't want to turn green. (Because the green ones are so old, lazy, and boring.)

    Robert, those are absolutely amazing! Not that I don't love the brilliant green that many of them turn or anything, but I just also love the juvie yellows and reds and would love to see those in adults too.
