Whats the difference between a regular pastel and a pastel jungle?

Nothing, they are the same. Early on the morph was called Pastel Jungle but over time people stopped using Jungle and only Pastel stuck.

They're the same.

However, there are also "jungles" out there that are just genetic hiccups - it's not genetically inherited, just a weird blip.

I thiiiiink that's why it switched to just pastel, rather than pastel jungle - because the term "jungle" was being used for these pretty, but genetically normal, yellow snakes with crazy patterns.
