I will start off by saying my expectations were far exceeded in everyway.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Contacting them was as easy as calling the number they have listed basically any time day or night.
Not once did I feel rushed or as if I were being annoying by asking questions as I have in the past from other places.
He was very friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be doing business with me. Emails were responded to almost immediately.
ANIMAL CHOICE
He was happy to send me detailed pictures of any animal I requested, and answered all my questions.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
I was simply sent a pay pal link, made my payment, and was immediately sent an online receipt and shortly after a tracking number. The animal was at my door step even prior to the dead line.
PACKAGING
Now this blew me away. The packaging was perfect, the snake snug and secure in packaging material and nice and warm.
Inside also came with a beautiful calendar with high quality pics of exotic snakes. It also came along with stickers and business cards. Completely top notch stuff.
PRODUCT
I ordered a male purple albino reticulated python. I was blown away by the animal I received. Amazing pattern colors and personality.
VERDICT
Vital exotics is a place that I would recommend anyone that wants top quality service with animals that match!
