Is printed newspaper a safe substrate to use for reptiles? It's probably the most cost effective substrate there is.. but I want to be sure it's safe before trying it. What about color printed vs black and white printed?

Printed newspaper as a substrate
its perfectly safe, ALOT of people use it,its alot more easy than just about anyother substrate out there.I use the black and white printed but im sure the colored is just as safe

EDIT: See I told you they were in there

I use paper towels now.. but newspaper is even cheaper. Some people say color print is fine.. some don't, that's how it is everywhere it seems.
