Well before I buy my bp I was wondering, are there any bp breeders that you know of who are based in Minnesota? Or possibly and keepers who have hatchlings for sale? It would also help if they weren't super far away from Minniapolis, thanks!

You really need to give people time to respond -especially if it's not an emergency. This is an active site and it's not often that posts do not get answered; although some forums are visited more often. I can understand your impatience, but I recommend giving some more time....a lot of people are at work right now, etc.

Anyway, I'd suggest you contact the Minnesota Herpetological Society and see if they put on a reptile show, have a list of breeders, etc. Some herp societies have shows for members, etc. Just do a google search for their website.

Sorry bout that, just I had to go somewhere and I wouldn't have been able to read any posts for a while, but luckily I didn't have to go sorry. And i did check out the Minnesota Herpetological Society web site and I didn't see a list of breeders, I'll check again. and again I'm sorry, I'm terribly impatient.

No prob, I know how it is. I'm always anxious for answers to my post.

You might try emailing them and/or attending one of their meetings. There might possibly be some breeders who are members or they may be able to refer you. Plus it looks like they go on trips and things that you might also enjoy.

Yeah, I was thinking of joining. Of course I'd have to ask my parents.

Well, I'm from Chicago and I got my BP from Don Hamper who is based in Ohio... I know that's not in MN but shipping worked out perfectly and my BP is beautiful and a great eater! Just something to consider if finding a breeder in MN doesn't work out.

Well I was thinking that buying from a MN breeder would mean not having to pay for shipping, and he dosn't have any males right now. But I guess if I can't find one there isn't another choise.
