    Shedding question

My Hog island boa is going to shed for the first time since I've had him. His eyes got cloudy about 5 days ago. Now they are clear again but he hasn't shed any skin yet. He has a wrinkle of scales under his chin and it seems like skin is covering his nose holes so he sounds stuffy and opens his mouth a lot. Is this normal? I've been trying to keep his humidity up.. Here is a couple pics showing the wrinkle and what looks like an air pocket...

Leave him be, and keep humidity appropriate. Boas take longer to go through the shed process than balls.
If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies.

Yup. And what you're seeing is perfectly normal.
