    Oh man is she cute. Are those cotton balls? I have no idea if they're safe for pinkies or not. But keep an eye on their legs and tails, cause some things have strands of fibers that can get tied around their limbs and hurt them.

    I've heard good things about cotton balls esp for mice and hamsters. I havn't had an issue with them yet, they get packed down and dont have many filimer hairs. Ill keep an eye out.

    Raw cotton is not dangerous. It's the processed material that can be dangerous because of the long fibers. Artificial materials like 'cotton badding' can be the same way.

    I give my mice raw cotton all the time, and they make nests out of it in the wild, too.
