Just posting these pics here too for those who didn't see in the General BP section, or for those who don't go there.

Hurray she's here, she's here, and she is gorgeous! Here are some quick pics I took of her before I put her in her tank:

EDIT: BTW, she is 15 weeks old before anyone asks.

Oh my God, that just makes me even more impatient while I'm wating for my 4 month old baby this month. Sooo cute. Thanks for posting the pics, btw. Gives me a good size reference as to what to expect with my first bp. She should be in my hands within a week and a half. Can't wait.

Congrats on the new arrival and good luck with the gorgeous baby. (sounds like I'm congratulating a parent on their new son or daughter....well our snakes are sort of our children. )

    Anyone need a car ....

I've only had her a day and I can already tell how different she is compared to Elysia She reminds me of a little puppy. I took a peek inside her hide when I woke up and she is just laying in there with her head facing out of the hide.

Elysia is either curled up under her log, behind her climby thing, slithering around her tank, or digging in the substrate.

My BP however, comes out of her hide occasionally, slithers around the water bowl, onto the opposite hide, tries to climb up to the top of the container and sits in the groove right under the lid. Then she will slither along the top of the container until she decides she has had enough and comes down, falls down, or in some cases like last night, falls intothe waterbowl She did that twice actually was kinda funny :p

Compadres, it is imperative that we crush the freedom fighters before the start of the rainy season. And remember, a shiny new donkey for whomever brings me the head of Colonel Montoya.
