Today was my first day @ my new job. I'm working for a company named OTT-LITE. They manufacture full spectrum lights. So far it's pretty kewl, I like the people and what I'm doing. Although I am doing some database admin. duties that is only one of the hats that I will wear, as I was originally told I would be the Database Administrator. It turns out my actual title is National Sales Coordinator so I will also manage some big accts. such as Home Depot, Michaels, JoAnn Fabrics, & and the newest acct.......WAL-MART!!!

Anyway, kinda excited, thought I'd share.....

Marla, I did think about that when I learned more about the company (this all happened kind of fast)....

I'm hoping I get a deal on the lights, but I don't get a deal on Wal-mart stuff All we do is sell them our products, I was just mentioning that they are a client and we all know how much we love Walmart!

Angela, Sydney is what they call a Blue Merle. He is a product of Harlequin breeding..Actually, more like an undesired by-product b/c the AKC does not recognize his color as 'acceptable' but we think he's beautiful! Breeders actually used to cull Blue Merles at birth (killed them) b/c to them they weren't worth anythig, sad but true. Sydney was a rescue, was a bag of bones and had heartworms when we adopted him. Now he's the picture of health, albeit a little small for a male of his breed. Here's a couple pix (not the best but all I have on the 'puter right now):
