    Humidity

So... I'm still learning about temperatures and humidity for my ball. Her temp is about 75-80 on the side of her tank with her water, and about 85-90 on the side with her heating pad and hide, so I think I'm pretty good there. But my problem is, I can'[t get her humidity up from between 20 - 30 percent to about 45-60 for any length of time. I have a towel on her cage that I try my hardest to keep moist and I mist her cage once or twice a day, but it's like it dries up in ten minutes and the humidity is back down. Her is a picture of her cage. Any ideas?
