Looks nice. You might want to glue metal washers on the insides of the plastic bins, around the water bottle nozzle holes. ASFs will chew anything they can get their teeth on. I've had quite a few chew out through bottle holes back in the day.

the middle mouse tub 1/4 harware cloth and the top and bottom with ASF's 1/2 inch hardware cloth but curious as to will the offspring be able to get out of the 1/2 top even with it roughly 11 in overhead. And yeah Rhasputin i did actually, i think i got the washer idea from one of your previous post so when i went to work next day i snatch up some with variable sizes, i work on helos so we keep tons as easy accessible consumables .

Thank you so much for this idea, ive been using 1/2" hardware cloth overtop of the nozzle but it is very tedious. It doesnt always fit snug on the nozzle and they tend to pull it off. Hopefully i can find some washers to fit my nozzles.

You can always pop rivet a piece of aluminum flashing onto the inside of the tub. Has the benefit of covering a spot they've already chewed through so you can keep using the tub. I've had the little buggers do significant damage in the time it takes to take the empty bottle to be filled and bring it back. For those gluing a washer to the inside, do you have issues with them getting it loose? The little buggers seem to live to destroy sometimes.

Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

Never argue with idiots. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with their experience.
