I have a snake who seems to make a whistling sound everything she breathes. Sounds like A UT I. What's the best way of treating her?

Take her to a vet, and between now and her appointment increase her warm side temp to about 93*F to help her fight off the infection, and bump up her humidity to keep her hydrated and so she can expel the mucous more easily.

If she has just shed or is about to shed, and the only symptom you are seeing/hearing is the whistle, it can be caused by a piece of loose shed stuck in a nostril.

If you feel that it is not that and it is a URI, you should go to the vet.
