    power feeding

Powerfeeding is basically just feeding snake so much to get it to grow and put on as much weight as possible is the shortest period of time. I think what happens is that it grows so fast that its internal organs don't develop correctly, and thus shortens the snake's lifespan. A lot of breeders do it to be able to get their snake's to breeding size, to produce as much as they can, take make as much money as they can. The snake's health is secondary.

I've never seen a powerfed snake, but I'm guessing that they would have a huge body with the head of a juvi bp...just basically all disproportioned.

It has been known to screw with the digestive tract of snakes. Definitely not a good idea IMO. I'd like to keep my guys and girls around as long as i can

Compadres, it is imperative that we crush the freedom fighters before the start of the rainy season. And remember, a shiny new donkey for whomever brings me the head of Colonel Montoya.
