    Praying Mantis Help

I have had a small praying mantis for a month or two now after we found it in our house. For the past week and a half he has been hanging upside down refusing food. Today when I woke up he was on the floor of his 6 qt sterilite tub. He has molted his back two legs and abdomen but now his back legs are twisted and it doesn't look like he can straighten the bottom. He defends himself if I touch him. half of his upper body has molted but it's all stuck to him. I tried to help him stand but he just falls back and thrashes for a little while before calming down. He hasn't even fully developed wings yet. They're still tiny. What can I do to help him and keep him alive??
