Thanks everyone, I think I'll give Layne a go since the reviews seem pretty consistent.

Re: Need some bulk f/t feeder reviews please

Received my first order from Rodent Pro today as mentioned in an earlier post in this thread. While the price was right, some of the rodents do not seem to be in real good shape. Layne Labs flash freezes them and then puts them in the bags for shipping. It is apparently opposite from Rodent Pro. The rodents are obviously packed in the bags first and then flash frozen. Some of them are pretty much a solid frozen blob and twitsed around each other. I am sure there will be legs and tails breaking off when trying to separate them to thaw. I know the snakes won't notice or care. LOL

I will use them, but I will be staying with Layne Labs from here on. Will post some comparison pictures tomorrow.

I use Big Cheese Rodents and have for years. I've never had any issues with them and I normally place my order on Wednesday morning and he'll ship Wednesday and it gets here Friday. It's easier since our states are neighbors. I find their pricing to be the best as well. They vacuum seal everything and the sizes are very consistent.

I also use Layne Labs and I love them. I've now used them for about a year and a half, and have bought several different sizes from them. The quality is amazing compared to any other frozen feeder I've ever bought. The rats come neatly packaged, smell fresh and clean (and not like a dead frozen rat), and I've never had a bad one when thawing (which I have from some other places). I picked them because of the way they raise and euthanize their feeders.
