    Any advise?..Heres my setup!

This is my 36x18x18 exo terra. I have a 13watt repti-glo just for viewing, a 100watt che to the right of that. Theres a zoomed uth with zoo med reptitemp thermometer. Under the substrate hot glued to the glass is the zilla thermometer probe and the probe for the thermostat. I have a exo terra hydro/thermo on the back right of the tank and the accurite is setting in the front left with the probe hot glued the the middle back on left side. My tanks sides are wrapped in reflictix along with some pieces on top on the right side. On the top left side is a towel. Yes the 2 plants on the left side are real, the vines going around are fake lol As for substrate i tried something new this time and went with a half brick of eco earth, full brick of coco husk. Once it was ready i mixed in some reptibark. I done this bc i cant keep humidity up with the che and aspen. I am also (kinda but not really) having problems with heat but maybe theres something that works a lil better for my set up then the CHE? or maybe something i can do to help hold heat in? my room is only about 70 and probably the warmest room in the house. So any questions or advise? If you want to know how i done something just ask!!

Oopps forgot to mention there is a lamp dimmer on the CHE running at about 70-80% on!

when you say you are having a problem with heat what do you mean what are your temps at? The tank looks awesome, however the substrate looks a little deep for a UTH they generally require a depth no greater than half an inch...but again it looks really cool.

Edit: your temp post came through as i posted this one.

well when i say problems with heat i am meaning that the closer to the che i aim the infared thermometer the hotter it is. about 90 mid cage and up to 100-120 at the very top. Is this too hot? Also right now i do not have a night time temp drop. The repti glo light is on from 7am-7pm and the che runs 24/7

ohh and the substrate is just barely covering the probes on the right side, i had some substrate left over after i finished with the plants so i piled it up around the front vine

Well its not really the heat im having troubles with..its keeping up the humidity with the che! I was using 75 watt black night light but got tired of buying bulbs so I switched to che. Would a radiant heat panel or something along those lines be better?
