New Rack Almost Complete
It's almost done minus some iron on trimming, I ran out. Right now I have the 41qt tubs on the bottom unhooked as the flexwatt is 12 inch so I don't want to use the same thermostat with the 4 inch on the other shelves.
Probably spent way to much money building it. But I wanted a rack that has multiple tub sizes, this one has 6,16,28, and 41 qt tubs. The next rack I build will be only 41 qt tubs. Sorry for the crappy Iphone pics, it's the only camera I have at the moment.

Looks good. The 41 quart tubs have 12 inch running front to back and all the rest have 4 inch running side to side?

Yep the flexwatt on the 41qt tubs is running front to back. Since the 41qt tubs go into the rack sideways I figured it best to do it that way so the girls in there could have a nice big warm spot.
The rest of the tubs slide in front to back so the flexwatt is running side to side. So basically on the tubs that slide in side to side the flexwatt is running front to back, and on the tubs that slide in front to back the flexwatt is running side to side. Hope that doesn't sound to confusing.

I'm basically done with it now. Those top pieces are 2x2's I added and painted them white. They are not needed, but it does sturdy it up a bit. I used (2) 4x8 pieces of melamine and a 4x8 piece of backerboard to build it. I might have been able to squeeze 1 sheet of melamine out of it but I built a desk too so I knew I was gonna need 2 sheets. I also added the caster's on the bottom so I could wheel it around. I think it turned out great and will fit my needs perfectly.
